February 2009 - Sunburst Pageant - Dover, DE

I love judging Sunburst pageants. The DE director, Pat Welsh, is a lovely woman who runs a fair pageant. More important, Sunburst focuses on a child's natural beauty and personality! I wish I had more photos from today, but the winners left fairly quickly. I am pictured below with Heather Lehman's mother (my co-judge).
